Slopes, gated streets and towers
Bosques de las Lomas was built over hills and ravines, and every pickup shows it. There are houses on winding, steep streets around Paseo de los Laureles, gated private streets with a booth and barrier, and residential towers on Bosque de Duraznos and Paseo de los Tamarindos, near Arcos Bosques.
We plan the move for each case. For a house with outdoor stairs, we bring enough people to carry without dragging. For a tower, we coordinate the service elevator and loading hours with the administration, and we register our team at the gate in advance. If the piece is very large or heavy, we know it from the photos and come prepared.
Ravine humidity and window sun
Near the ravines, the rainy season brings humidity, and a rug that spends months in a cool living room can hold odor or mold stains at its base. In apartments on upper floors the opposite happens, as sun through large windows fades one side of the piece. Both show up in the diagnosis, with photographs, before washing.
In our workshop the piece is deeply dusted, washed in an industrial automatic washer or by hand depending on the fiber, spun in a centrifuge and dried under controlled conditions, so moisture does not return to the knot.
Delivery and tracking
Every rug has a tracking code and photographs on arrival and on delivery. We return it wrapped and sealed, reviewed by a master with more than 40 years of craft. If you wish, we lay it back in place for you. To get a quote, send two photos by WhatsApp, front and back, with the size and the name of your street or privada.
