Living in a tower, caring for a rug
Interlomas grew upward. Around Boulevard Interlomas, Avenida Jesús del Monte and the Magnocentro area there are tower complexes with amenities, registered access and limited visitor parking. There, rugs share space with porcelain tile floors, wide windows and, often, with pets.
To collect from a tower we ask you for three details. The name of the complex, whether the administration requires our staff to be registered in advance and the hours allowed for the service elevator. With that we coordinate our arrival and avoid waiting at the gate.
Construction dust and heavy use
In an area where building is still going on, construction dust comes in through terraces and windows and builds up at the base of the rug. Add to that the daily use of families with children and pets. That is why every piece that reaches our workshop goes through deep dusting before washing.
We then wash it in an industrial automatic washer, or by hand if it is silk or a delicate piece, spin it in a centrifuge and dry it under controlled conditions. Modern wool pieces and handwoven rugs receive the same care as an antique Persian.
Spring season
Many families in Interlomas use the spring season, from February to April, to wash every rug in the house in a single pickup. Each piece receives its own tracking code and photographs on arrival and on delivery, and comes back wrapped and sealed. To get a quote, send two photos by WhatsApp, front and back, with the size and the name of your complex.
